  • What is KITAS?

KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) is an official document issued by the Indonesian government to foreign nationals (expatriates) who wish to stay in Indonesia for a certain period of time. KITAS is usually valid for 6 months, 1 year, up to 2 years, and can be extended according to needs and applicable regulations.

  • A Visit Visa is an entry permit granted to foreign nationals who wish to visit Indonesia for a limited period of time, with non-permanent purposes. This type of visa is generally used for tourism, family visits, socio-cultural activities, business purposes, or other official matters.

IMTA stands for Expatriate Manpower Employment Permit, an official authorization issued by the Indonesian government to companies or institutions that employ foreign workers (expatriates) in Indonesia. This permit serves as a form of government oversight to ensure that the use of foreign workers complies with regulations and business needs, without neglecting job opportunities for local workers.
